The different video styles and formats available on Strana.

Strana supports three video styles, each designed for different marketing goals. When creating a new request, you'll choose one of these as the starting point for your video.

Hero videos

Hero videos are property showcases that highlight different rooms, amenities, and angles of your hotel. There's no specific narrative — the focus is on presenting the property itself in the best possible light.

These are ideal for:

  • OTA listings (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
  • Your hotel website homepage
  • Social media profile videos

Hero videos typically range from 20–30 scenes.

Short-form videos

Short-form videos are quick, engaging clips optimized for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. They're punchy, visually driven, and designed to capture attention fast.

These work well for:

  • Daily or weekly social media content
  • Paid social advertising
  • Highlighting specific features or experiences

Short-form videos typically range from 5–15 scenes.

Campaign videos

Campaign videos are longer narrative pieces that tell a story. Think seasonal campaigns, brand films, or destination stories — content with a beginning, middle, and end that conveys a specific message or mood.

These are suited for:

  • Seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Brand storytelling
  • Destination and experience showcases

Campaign videos typically range from 40–60 scenes.
