When you'll receive emails
You'll get a notification at two key moments:
- Work started — when our team begins working on your request. This lets you know your video is in production.
- Delivery ready — when a delivery is available for your review. You can then log in to view the video and provide feedback.
These notifications ensure you're always up to date without needing to check the platform constantly.
